The New Year

So, I didn't wind up doing a blog post yesterday. I'll chalk that up partially to forgetfulness, and partially to not being home. Yesterday I was at my ladyfriend's house (like I am a lot), and it didn't really cross my mind to get on her computer. I am rather certain that I am part Italian, because we made pizza yesterday and it was pretty much delicious. Today I'm getting ready to have some people over to kick in the new year, so I'm cleaning the house to make it all shiny. I just kinda caught a break in it, so I decided to make up for yesterday. I'm getting ready to get back at it, and I hope everyone has an awesome New Year's eve (unless you're Chinese, you will get yours at the appropriate time), and don't do anything too dumb. The question for today: What is your biggest New Year's Resolution?

The Anticipated Return

It's been awhile hasn't it? Well, let me tell you a nice Christmas story. One day I decided to wait to blog until I got my sweet new computer to make it all the more awesome. So, on Christmas day I finally got the parts I needed to make my computer work like a charm. Then, it didn't work and made me angry. THE END (based on a true story). So, I've been waiting for naught. I'm having to get it looked at and I might not get it fixed for a while, so for the next while I'll be dealing with spiraling depression. Otherwise my Christmas ruled. The break from school is still going on, so other than my computer, the world is good. According to the poll that like 3 people voted on, you guys want videos. I'll hop on that, but until I get the computer back that's a no go. Otherwise, I've just been relaxing at the house, and being cool like usual. So, since I'm having to jump back on the blogging wagon I don't have as much to talk about. My question for you now is: How awesome was your Christmas (or other holiday you celebrate)?

Backing Up

So you may have noticed that I didn't have a blog post on Friday. No, I wasn't kidnapped or fighting hordes of zombie sharks at my front door, I just have a memory like a goldfish, and didn't remember to write a post. Let's kick this post off with what should have been Friday. Thursday, I didn't really do anything noteworthy (that i can think of off the top of my head), and Friday was about the same. Let's be honest here, I don't really remember what I did either of those days. Saturday I headed over to my ladyfriend's house, where we made quite possibly the most delicious (and huge) pizza ever. I think the crust was legitimately as thick as my wrist. I also downloaded Super Mario Bros. and Mega Man 3, both of which make me want to hurl myself off of a cliff. Sunday I had my family's Christmas celebration, where I got a sweet $30 and a beautiful UCM hoody. I also managed to beat the first castle on Super Mario Bros., and no levels whatsoever on Mega Man. Today was pretty average. It rained, there was class, and I ate meatballs for lunch. Since I've stuck to Twitter about as well as many obese people stick to diets, I'm not going to use Twitter for random updates about my day. Instead, I will use it for my opinions on stuff (like Wednesday's post). Today's question: If you were to pick out the main character in a video game, what would it be?

Quickie

Ok, so I posted yesterday and have done practically nothing in the meantime. Instead of a real post, here is a short list of things I have opinions on. Burritos are good, fish are boring, and Tron kind of sucked. That is all.

Quiz Time!

Pop quiz! Why did I start this blog? No, it's not because I'm just super cool like that (though I am), It was for my senior project. Since I haven't said much (or anything) about it in a while, I'm supposed  to give you the report on it. So, I have most of my parts ordered, shipped, and in my house (specifically in my closet). I'm still getting a case and the nice operating system (which is kind of a bank buster for us legal people). I will put green LED's in it to make it shine as radiantly as a thousand toaster ovens. It will browse the internet faster than a mongoose can maul a cobra, and outperform even the nicest calculators. In the meantime, I'm going to fill out more scholarships than you can shake a stick at so that I dont have to live in a box during college.

Another One Down

Another week, another Monday. Maybe not the most optimistic way to look at it, but it's better than, "Another week, another beginning day of the work week that I loathe with all my being." So I must say, you know that feeling when you absolutely know you've hit blogging gold? Well, I'm yet to hit that, but I at least have a little to talk about. Christmas isn't about getting presents. It's about rubbing the fact you know what someone else is getting in their face for the weeks leading up to Christmas day. This is exactly what I get to do with my ladyfriend's brother for a while. Also, she gets to do the same to me. We also went on a sweet double date, where I proceeded to bowl my best game ever with a whopping 131 (applause will be graciously accepted). All in all, my weekend was pretty sweet. Today found a nice way to get on my nerves though. As I went  to comment on another blog, I found that I couldn't. I tried and tried to figure out what I was doing wrong, and I came to a conclusion. Either A) I am an idiot or B) someone that controls Blogger has decided to pull the most random prank on me. It's really frustrating, and if anyone has the slightest idea on what I'm doing wrong feel free to tell me. As protocol dictates, I'm going to leave you with the usual question: If you were a part of Congress, what food would you pick out to be part of a certain group next (in regards to Congress making the brilliant decision to call pizza a vegetable)?

Heading Out

It's almost the weekend, and once again It is going to be awesome (mostly becasue I'm not going to be in school). Yesterday was pretty cool. School was relatively easy and afterwards, I didn't really do a whole lot. I played some more of that sweet sweet Marble Blast Ultra (which took pretty much forever since the Xbox interface changed and I couldn't rememeber my password). The time war between my brother and I has escalated to new heights (new heights being the intermediate levels), and unfortunately he is pulling ahead. As for today, I found out that spoons can bring out the rage in a person. A relentless, oddly based rage. Not the most exciting update, but being interesting every day of the week is much harder than you think. So, this weekend I plan to go out and have some sort of sweet adventure that I can report back. This whole vlog idea is growing on me, and I'm really thinking I'm going to do it (just FYI vlog stands for video log. kind of like a blog but with videos.) . I just need to actually get a video camera. When I do though, it'll be all sorts of awesome. I just need a little direction on what to do, so chime in if you feel like it. Today's question is: If you had to survive during the zombie apocolypse, what would be your weapon of choice?

Hump Day

I don't think there could have been a worse name picked for Wednesday. Sure, it's the middle of the week, but that doesn't really have anything to do with a hump. "Oh but the week is kind of like a hill and its the top." Actually, I see the days of the week more like one of those pill holders that old people have. That's only really because its a bunch of boxes labeled with the days of the week really. Besides, in my opinion, 'Hump Day' sounds kind of dirty. To improve on the whole 'Hill Model' thing, I would see it as more of a cliff. You're at the bottom of the cliff on Monday, and you slowly progress to the top of the cliff, which represents the weekend. Then on the next Monday, you jump off the the cliff, hit the bottom, and start on the next one. Now on to business. Yesterday, I got handed somewhere of the vicinity of 50 scholarships (maybe a little less) that I have to fill out. Good times. I also decided that I'm going to post on here (hopefully) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The rest of school went by pretty slow, and then my ladyfriend and brother had basketball games, so I was pretty much bored to tears. I did however get Marble Blast Ultra (which I forgot to mention Monday) so at least I had a little bit of something to do. I got some sweet times, and if you want to compare them, my XBLA account is Britton0014 (go figure). That sums up what has happened so far. Question for today: If you got in a fight, and your only weapon was one item of food, what would it be?

That Time

Once again, it is time for my weekend update! Honestly not a whole lot has been going on. Since it's nearly Chrstmas time, I helped put up the Christmas tree at my ladyfriend's house. I must say, it looked pretty sweet. We put lights outside as well, and I think I managed to break two of the bulbs. It was also raining, and I got wet enough that it soaked through my jacket and got my shirt wet. I'm a little confused though, because my ladyfriend was out in the rain more (I'm not a bad person) and while she got wet, I managed to get wetter. I got to have awesome hot chocolate though, so it makes up for it. Sunday, I once again had supper with my family, and like always my cousin had to be all weird. Really that covers all of the events of interest, so I'll start with my new train of thought. I haven't really done anything about the computer recently (which is why I'm making this in the first place), so I started thinking about it again. Finding stuff to make a case from scratch is apparently next to impossible, so I started thinking about alternatives. That's when it hit me; I could modify a briefcase to be the awesomest computer ever. It's more practical than one might think and I'm really considering it. Consequently, that's the topic of today's question. What is the coolest think you can think of to modify into a computer? I might consider some of the ideas since finding a good briefcase sucks as well.

Awesome New Discovery

I have indeed made an awesome new discovery. I have discovered that I absolutely can't stand writing about historical stuff. Don't get me wrong, history can be interesting and whatever (sometimes). I just don't like to write on the subject. So, let me get you up to speed with what I've been up to. First off, I have really been considering the whole vlog thing (not that I have any sort of equipment to do it), but it's the thought that counts, right? The main thing I was thinking about was what I would do a vlog about. I mean, is a vlog just you taping yourself doing random stuff during the day? I kind of had an idea what I could do but I'm not sure if it count as a vlog. But who cares, it's my video and I'll do what I dern well please. I've been looking up more scholarship stuff (yes that's what the historical essay is about) and I'm actually finding a few that I would like to apply for (mostly because there's no essay involved). As usual, I've been spending my evenings with my ladyfriend. I must say, her cats love me as if I was their mother (which is kind of weird if you think about it). School is well...school. Nuff said. Oh, and a couple of my friends have started blogs (they're the ones that follow me...and have pictures similar to mine), so you can go check that out if you want to. Nothing to rant about, so I'll leave you with a whopping two questions this time (they're so important!) First, the more serious, less fun question. Should I post more often on here? Now, the other, less boring question. If you had to be a rancher (you know like...have a ranch) of some type of animal, what would it be and why?

Just Another Day

That's right, this is pretty much just another day. Not a whole lot out of the ordinary has really happened recently. I've gone to school, I've worked, I've slept. Pretty average. I am getting back on the Twitter wagon, and this time I'm going to try to keep up with my account (I'm not the best at it). I went to play Marble Blast Ultra yesterday on XBLA, but it turns out that it got removed (I'm very sad that is a fun game). So, I'm trying to find another game similar to it in the meantime (leave suggestions in the comments if you so please). I've spent plenty of time with my ladyfriend, and it's been cool. That pretty much sums up my past couple of days. I won't leave off with such a weak post, so I will give you my thoughts on stuff. The current topic: whether or not Skyrim is as amazing as everyone is saying (bring it on trolls). Most of what I have to go off of is my cousin and his friends talking about it on the Xbox chat, and one of my friends that plays it kind of a lot. You fight dragons and stuff which I don't have a problem with, I've read a book or two about that kind of thing, and you fight with swords and magicky stuff, which is also fine. However, when you take what I assume is Fallout (replace the Supermutant Behemoths with dragons and make it midieval) and slap a few new concepts with it, then its appeal goes down a little bit. Next, insert werewolves and vampire funtime, and the game starts to resemble Fallout: Twilight Edition. Don't worry, since some of the people that have gotten this game may have holed themselves up in a pizza box fortress for a few weeks, (more than likely dudes) you don't have to have any interaction with the ladies! You can meet the virtual love of your life and get married in the game! I also hear the game has a less-than-satisfactory crime system...thing. Kill a chicken, the village mob chases you with pitchforks and fireballs. Here's one of the kickers for me. You get to pick your race some examples being a nord (whatever that is), an orc (a pretty short one) or one the many branches of elf (yes there are multiple). Those are all fine and dandy. However, two of your choices are a cat person or a lizard man. Those aren't there literal names obviously, but that sums up quite well what they are. There's probably a lot more I can pick on, but I'll leave my list as that not to bore you. Also, Minecraft update! The world reset again, and this time it's even more massive and awesome, so head over and build your stuff. That wraps up this post except for the (DUN DUN DUN) question! What kind of stuff should I start or stop doing on the blog? Oh, and FYI bring on the Skyrim arguments.

I'm Back

You got it right, I'm back! I bet you missed me. I had a sweet Thanksgiving celebration in the distant land of Manhattan (not the New York one), with lots of turkey and a ridiculous amount of mashed potatoes. I'm guessing you have tons of question about what all I've been up to over the past few days! For starters, I went and danced. Not in the traditional sense either. We were at a mall and I was dancing like Beavis (from Beavis and Butthead of course) in the most random of spots. Surprisingly enough, I didn't attract that much attention. I also figured out that Black Friday is pretty hectic (I'm not much of a shopper so I wouldn't know). There are tons of people everywhere and I couldn't hear myself think. I also felt an earthquake! It was devastating, as it rolled a gourd off of a TV stand (not the first tiny earthquake I've felt). I found out I suck at pool. There's something insanely difficult about trying to poke a ball with a stick to knock other balls into holes. Most of my remaining time was spent laying around the house being lazy and stuff. So, that pretty much covers what I've been up to. I guess I'll leave off with the usual question. If I do wind up making videos (which I'm not sure if I'm going to since almost no one VOTES), would you prefer Vlog things or videos about random stuff?

A Big Break

That's right, I'm getting a huge (biggish) break from school. Thanksgiving is just a couple of days away so pretty much every school is getting time off. Therefore, I'm not sure whether or not I'll be able to post for a few days, you might just have to check to see. I'll try, but no promises. So, I'll go ahead and give an update on today. Honestly, not much. Today was the last school day of the week so teachers weren't giving out much work. I did however partake in a party for one of my two followers, Hannahsrobotpie, so feel free to tell her happy birthday. As I will now. Happy birthday Hannah! Instead of math today we ate cookies and chips and stuff and played with balloons. It was a good change of pace from math problems. Since it has only been one day that is all I have for my personal update, so I'll start with my Minecraft section of the update.

The Minecraft world has progressed quickly, with plenty of people coming to build on it. Right now, the world has reset, because so many people built on it and liked it which gave the world a ton more space for everyone to build on. So, thanks to everyone that contributed to the world! Time for another question. What brought you to the blog?

Another Update!

That's right, It's another update! Time for my ever-so-exciting weekend update. So, I will start by saying that I have been working on my wonderul psychology paper (it's so fun!). I'm going to get that finished tonight (hopefully since I have to have it done by tomorrow). Saturday didn't hold much excitement, though I did go out to eat and my cousin was nice enough to tell a story about puking all over a kid at the table where EVERYONE (not just us) could hear it. Also, I watched Tron Legacy. It had potential, but it really didn't  work with it. It just kinda jumped into the plot and expected you to know everything. Aside from that that was all the important stuff from my weekend (eventful right?). HOWEVER, there was one rather important aspect of the weekend (to some people). Recently, I took it upon myself to go onto Minecraft classic and make my own world (kind of). So, for all of you people that are curious as to what the hype is all about, you can get onto my world and build around if you feel like it. I'll create a new page with directions on how to get to it, so you can start on there and I'll update that page as well. That's all I have (rather short update), so I'll leave off with two things. One, I would like to give a shout out to all my Russian people. Thanks for visiting it's really cool that you read it. Two, another question! Terraria or Minecraft?

New Record!

That's right, I have just set a record. This is the earliest I have ever posted on here! I think a pat on the back (and maybe some congradulatory money from my viewers) is in order. This is also quite possibly the first morning I have woken up and not felt like I was going to fall right back asleep. I wouldn't say I'm feeling ambitious (I'm kinda supposed to be doing homework right now), but definetly better than most mornings. Since I haven't really done anything noteworthy in the three or so hours I've been awake, I guess I can just talk about some stuff to do if you're bored (I could have a Ph.D. in it if a degree existed). For those of you that haven't heard about it, the Scott Pilgrim series is a good way to remedy your boredom. It's a series of six graphic novels (big comic books) that's really entertaining. I'm not a person who reads, and I even read it. If you really get into the series there's even a movie and a game about it that are worth checking out. I've said it before but the videos by Smosh on youtube are a good time killer. Two of my personal favorite games to play are Terraria and Minecraft (Warning: may cause addiction), and though you have to buy both, they are worth it (and for those of you without money, minecraft has a free version). If all else fails, just take a nap. I take naps all the time, and they are quite worth it. This concludes my ramble on boredom, so I'll leave with another question. So far, what do you think of the blog?

Back at it

T.G.I.M. right? That means it's time for my WEEKEND UPDATE! (woo!) So, on Saturday I started off my patching up a flat tire. I had to leave my car at my uncle's house overnight because I had a nice screw in my back tire. Not thirty minutes after waking up (which really wasn't that early anyway) I went into town, aired up my tire, and went on my way. Most of my day was spent hangin with my ladyfriend. She has me watching the Harry Potter series, so we spent a good few hours watching that (3, 4, and 7pt. 2 I think). Sunday was filled with relative nothingness. I cleaned my room, ate some food, and stayed at my house. NOW for today. Most of the day for me was spent checking out scholarships (they're just so exciting!). I slapped together a sweet 500 word essay about teaching stuff, and completed a whole 1 scholarship. It's just so...fun. That's the word I'm looking for. Then, after looking up actually important scholarships, I decided to look up stupid ones. One of them was a competitive scholarship for playing Minecraft. That was legitimately a scholarship (last year! sad face). Then, after returning home I was watching a Smosh video, and they have a sweet contest. You have to make a video of breaking out of a fort you make, and if you win you get to be in lunchtime with Smosh! I really want to do this, and I'm considering making a video in the near future. And yes, it will be epic if i choose to make one. That concludes my weekend update for now. I shall leave off with another question. If i had the option, would you want me to include videos on my blog, or just keep it as it is?

Freaky Friday

I'll be honest, this wasn't really a freaky friday. I just remembered that a movie had that title, and since it's Friday (yay!) I wanted to use it. So, let's have a rundown of recent events. Wednesday, I did a whole lot of nothing. As much as I say that, people might think I'm a really boring person. But, it's the truth, I didn't really do much. Then yesterday, I got to show my class this blog and they got an update on what I've been doing this year (kudos to any classmates who actually read this after saying they would). I also had a thought, a while back I told you that I would have a commercial up on the youtube channel BEcooperative. I didn't put it up though becasue the commercial pretty much shot craps. I think we all had this amazing idea for a hilarious commercial that would require WAY more than we were capable of. Needless to say, we didn't wind up putting it up (partly because we didn't even make it one video, it's just a bunch of clips). However, at some point, we will be using the channel for "Let's Play" videos, with the first videos being Terraria. It should be some good stuff so I'll keep an update on that. Today, was 11-11-11, and I'm going to make the most epic wish ever at 11:11. I suggest you do the same because there's like a 87% chance that it will come true. Also, it's veteran's day for us United Statesians (side note: while we call ourselves Americans, is it not true that Canadians, Brazillian, etc. are also from America?), so be nice to your past and present soldiers. Reader question of the day! What is your opinion on dubstep? I'll tell mine in my next post. Until then, stay cool, readers.

An Excellent Weekend

Hello! Well, it's Tuesday and I had a sweet three day weekend. I didn't really do much, it was just sweet because I didn't have to go to school (hurray!). So, I will go ahead and give you an update of what all went on. On Saturday I searched all over the place for a place that sold the materials I need to make my computer case. My quest for stuff however ended in failure. During the whole three or so hours I spent going to different stores, not a one had what I wanted. So, my Saturday was pretty much shot. On Sunday I went and had dinner with my family. The food was good, but I swear my cousin is the touchiest person on the face of the Earth. He always tries to hang onto me and wrestle me or something. I know what you're thinking, "Oh he's probably just a kid cousin who's playful." That is not the case at all. He's only two years younger than me. Let me tell you it is both annoying and awkward. Then yesterday, I went to Walmart with my ladyfriend to pick up some stuff like batteries, milk, and just some other random household stuff. I'm not sure what it is about soap and candles and stuff, but it kinda gives you the impulse to sniff it. Don't you tell me that I'm weird, because I KNOW that everyone has done it at least once. So, I set off to sniffing random soaps and candles and judging how they smell (oh, and Axe makes a body wash made with metal...kinda weird). Little to my knowledge I started doing that with everything. When I got back to my car, I took a whiff of it, and I did the same when we were getting our pizza. It finally struck me that it could go horribly wrong when I began to walk into a public restroom. right before I attempted to pick apart the smells around me I thought, " You know, this could be absolutely an absolutely terrible habit." So, right before I destroyed my nostrils I stopped from smelling the room around me. I then proceeded to go home and watch Captain America. I'm not really a comic book reader, but I will admit that movies based off of them are pretty sweet. This movie followed suit, though I never understood what the little blue cube thing was (feel free to explain it to me in the comments). So, that pretty much wraps up my weekend update. I'll leave off with the question, what do you think I should make my comics about? More real life situations, personal thoughts, or something completely different? Leave your suggestions in the comments, and I will get back to you tomorrow.

Christmas in November

Greetings, blog. I haven't posted in awhile, so I would like to say sorry. I would like to, but for some reason I don't feel like it's necessary. Many of you (or none) may be wondering what's up with the weird post title. Well, over the weekend, I finally ordered all of my computer parts. THEN yesterday, it all came to my house and I was just plain giddy. Pretty much everyone in my house probably thought I was a little bit crazy to get so excited over computer hardware, but it might as well have been Christmas for me. So, just a quick overview of what I got: AMD FX-4100 processor, MSI motherboard, G-Skill Sniper 8gb RAM, Raedon HD 6750 graphics card, Samsung Spinpoint 1tb hard drive, and a partridge in a pear tree. I'm happy with all of it, but if you have another view feel free to leave it in the comments (except for Intel fanboys). For the less tech savy, my computer will be fast, awesome, and you should give me a high five. That is all that has really occured in the past couple of days, but in the near future, me and a couple of my friends will be making a video for one of our classes, and we will put it on youtube. the channel is BEcooperative. So, you'll want to go check that out. I've made a comic in the recent past, so I will put that up for you to look at. Well, that concludes today's post. I'll be back (sometime) for your reading amusement.

Weekend Update

Hello blog. It's been awhile since I posted last, so I'm going to catch you up on what all went down over the weekend. First was the haunted school (which I had been VERY anxious for). So, we got everything set up, and it was...ok. We put a decent amount of effort into it and well, you reap what you sew...so it definetly wasn't over the top awesome. So, it comes time for opening, and I'm getting really excited because I'm looking forward to traumatize small children. The first hour goes by and....nothing. Not a single person. Second hour, we had a few (a scare or two but nothing spectacular). And...well the night proceded on like this. Very few people came and didn't get to scare the pee out of anyone. I must say I was super disappointed. In fact, I'm going to make another comic to express my feelings over the matter, so look forward to that soon. My spirits have been lifted though. Over thee weekend I finallly got to order the parts for my sweet new computer! It's going to be awesome I tell you what. I'm already giddy like a school girl just thinking about it. I have no clue when it's all going to get here, but it shall be amazing when it does. So, that concludes my update on the weekend. As for today, I'm going to go trick-or-treating for FBLA. We are going to go around getting canned food for those who need it (though I still want to get some candy) because we are nice people and stuff. I will be wearing a big black robe thing that covers my face up, so I'll be pretty generic. So question time! To all readers, What do you plan to dress up as for Halloween (unless you're too cool to dress up)?

Drawing Near

How goes it blog? How was my day you ask? Well let me tell you, it was more exciting than opening junk mail. But not by a whole lot. We are getting ready to commence operation decorate the school for the haunted school tomorrow. Guess who had the most ridiculous themes for the basement! That's right, this guy. We were discussing possible themes and I asked my friend what something was that everyone hates. His response was snakes (which upon further thought, some people actually like them), so I blurted out that we should do a Snakes on a Plane theme with someone dressed as Samuel L. Jackson saying, "I have had it with these mother[blank]ing snakes on this mother[blank]ing plane!" Well, turns out that some people can't recognize a joke, so for part of the basement (which I'm partially in charge of...woo) is going to be set up as a plane. The plane then flows...smoothly...into a school scene, which is what I'm taking charge of. So, I'm eager to see how that section flops. Otherwise, not much else has been going on. So, I will not bore with random bits of the day. Later blog.

Just Kinda Cool

How's it going blog? Today has been pretty good. I didn't do a whole lot today, because my school did a docu...drama...thing today. I played one of the most awesome roles in the entire thing. I was none other than DEATH (dun dun dun). I just kinda stood around while paramedics and stuff worked on a "wrecked" car. It was nice and windy, and rather cold to be honest. I don't think I really fit the role of death that well either. I'm not short...but I'm by no means tall, and death should be a pretty tall guy. To make it even better, about ten minutes earlier one of my friends managed to somewhat break my scythe. But hey, it all worked out pretty well.  Really that's all I managed to accomplish today. So, I guess I'll say this just to get it out there. While few (if any) people manage to see my blogs and my comics and whatever, I would really appreciate if those who do read leave some sort of feedback. While I hope that I won't get trolls, I'm prepared for whatever, and I would like to know what stuff I should and shouldn't be doing to keep your interest. So with that I bid you adeu (or whatever that word is).

Some Creepy Pasta

Yo, blog. So today was...interesting to say the least. There wasn't anything on the computer front, so I'll leave that as-is, but there were just other interesting things. All of them also happen to be related to creepypasta stuff. So the first was a story I heard from one of my teachers. She was telling the class ghost stories I guess (I wasn't actually there...but I heard the story secondhand which I KNOW isn't reliable but whatever), and it was about one time when her husband was gone. She heard someone come in the room, so she looked over and saw a man standing there. She did however notice that the man was much too tall to be her husband, he was wearing a suit, and for some reason she couldn't distinguish a face. While this man may mean nothing to some of you, this sounds like an exact description of the slenderman (Google it if you so please), which she has never heard of. Creepy, huh? Here's the next one. So last night I didn't mention this (mostly because it held no significance at the time), But as i was driving home from my ladyfriend's I saw this HUGE white dog on the side of the road (easily big enough to look at me through the driver side window as I drove by), and just kinda thought "Huh. That's a really big dog." Then, this morning I was looking up creepypasta stuff and stumbled across a rather...coincidental one. It was about this guy who saw this big wolf...dog thing and it was watching him and stuff, and it goes on to kill him and stuff. Coincidence right? It goes on to say the guy's girlfriend's name (same as my girlfriends name), how long they had been together (same as us), and one of his best friends was also involved (who also happens to have the same name as one of my best friends). YES, I know its fake and whatever,  but I'm just saying, it's super coincidental. So, if after a solar eclipse I randomly stop blogging, you'll know. Don't worry I don't plan on anything happening anytime soon. Our school is also doing a haunted school (which will be awesome) this Saturday, and I plan to horrify people. So, that's all the excitement I've had today. I made a comic, so you should totally head over and check it out tomorrow morning after I get it re-sized (Do it). Well, for now, th-th-th-th-th-That's all, folks.

Not Much Going On

So, today not a whole lot happened. I did get a sweet $80 for my senior project which is oh so nice. So, I will be buying parts hopefully within the near future. So, not much to update on today's happenings. I did some school work, it sucked, I moved on. I did get to carve a pumpkin. It looks awesome. Not scary in the slightest, but awesome. As things are getting into the Halloween kick of things, I am getting into the wonderful Halloween spirit. So, my costume is a very generic dark robe. Not the most creative but it'll get the job done. Also, I am looking into some creepypasta stuff to try to scare myself to death. One of my personal favorites is the slenderman, which succeeded in making me watch my back, and causing me to have some of the weirdest dreams ever. Aside from that, I am looking for even more scary stuff for the holidays. So, if anyone has any suggestions feel free to send me the links. Otherwise, I'm about to finish another comic, which is part of my 5 required comics for my senior project. Which they have to be about computers. So, their magnitude of comedic value may vary. Well...I really don't have much today. Maybe I'll try to spice things up tomorrow. Goodnight bloggers.

Back Again

Sup, blog. It would appear that I missed a post yesterday. Well, I was off doing some errands so I didn't really have time for a post. However, I have plenty of time right now, so I shall! I think my senior project will be up and running within the next...week maybe. So, since I haven't really done anything of importance I guess I can talk about that a little bit. I have a little bit of extra cash coming my way so what I'm hoping to do is put one of AMD's sweet new Bulldozer FX processors in it (Intel fanboys be warned, I don't care how much "better" Intel is). I'm also thinking about putting 8gb of G Skill Ripjaw series memory in it. I'm not 100% sure on the hard drive...maybe a Western Digital caviar blue with 1 tb. motherboard...not sure. graphics card...not quite sure. though I do not believe I will not be getting an NVIDIA card. All other stuff is still up in the air...kinda. I know I want at least a 650w power supply. Also...enough fans to keep it pretty cool. As for the casing, I am making it from scratch. That's right, I'm DARING and stuff. I am going to keep pictures up here of my progress on the case though. So if anyone has some suggestions, bring 'em on. For all you not...tech savvy people out there I won't leave you out of this post. So, a duck walks into a bar. The bartender looks over and sees the duck so he says, "What'll it be?" The duck then says nothing because it is a duck.

Time Well Wasted

So, today was the first full day I had off for my sweet three day weekend. Let me tell you, it was well worth it. I told myself today that I was really going to accomplish something. Whether it be working on one of my essays due in the near future, or clean my room or my car (either would have been a good candidate) I WAS going to do something. Of course none of those things happened. I spent most of the day browsing the internet and driving people where ever they needed to be. In conclusion, today was pretty uneventful. The peak of my day was probably when my brother (who was playing MW2...like always) got in an argument with some angry guy over a quick scoping match. While I do not necessarily approve of the ridiculous amount of time that my brother spends on MW2, I must admit that he is rather good at it. So, when he blew this guy out of the water in a quick scoping match, he immediately started in with the post loss mouthing. My brother, not taking kindly to this, managed to fully enrage the player solely by pointing out all of the spelling errors he made (his name is XxXx BuB xXxX if you want to play with him or troll him or...whatever). Turns out that my mom bought a bunch of the stuff that my wonderful "Fall Festival" booth had to sell, so there's a ton of baked goods on my kitchen table. Also, I had sweet and sour chicken for not one but TWO meals today (and it was oh so good). It was inevitable that I would get it on my pants at some point, so I have been running around with shorts on in wonderful cold temperatures.Other than that, I haven't really accomplished anything today. I did throw together a comic of all the fun I had today though, so you can go check that out. So, with such little to go off of I shall leave and go play Terraria. If you play, or just have a Steam account and want to chat it up, my name is of course, Britton0014. Happy trails and I shall see you tomorrow (metaphorically)

Early Weekend!

Howdy blog! From reading the title you probably could have guessed it (maybe not, who knows), I am officially on an early weekend! Hurray! *generic crowd cheer* So, I am just now getting to posting because over the afternoon I wanted to take some me time...and do nothing. I took a sweet nap, and hung out with my ladyfriend (sorry internet women, I'm taken). Went to a volleyball game, and then headed over to the town's "Fall Festival". "Britton0014 that sounds so cool!" Oh trust me interwebs. It's not. Let me breakdown the entirety of the festivities: 1. People set up random booths in hopes to sell whatever product they have at the time 2. People without booths come and walk around awkwardly due to the obligation of "supporting the town"  3. People in both groups 1 and 2 freeze their limbs off because for some reason the festivities are set on the first actually cold day of fall. Now I'm not one to rain on the towns parade (which we have multiple of for...well whatever occasion we feel like), but our "Fall Festival" isn't the greatest festival by far. Usually I take part in the second group, but this year I was lucky enough to chill (literally) with group number 1. The group was for such a wonderful cause, our senior trip. Where is our senior trip? Who knows. BUT we still want to earn money for it. So everyone bakes...something (not me I'm too manly) and we sell it for a really steep price. I didn't have to work it long, I was watching a volleyball game and cheering like a champ, but the time I did "work" (stood around) was worth it...I guess. I didn't really sell anything. I just kind of stood and shivered. I got some hot chocolate. "Oh well that made it better right?" No. Sure it was warm, but it was way too hot to drink for awhile. YES I figured it out from experience. Then, when I could finally taste something other than pain, it turns out that I might as well have been drinking colored water. Great. So, I finished it off and stood in a huddle of four people for awhile. Pointing a laser at people did help lighten things up though (Pun). So, to the disappointment of...none probably, I couldn't upload a picture of my computer yesterday...sad face. HOWEVER, I have a free day tomorrow, so I'm thinking about making another comic. Well, I'm getting off for the night, so til tomorrow readers.

Slow Day

Well, today has been a pretty slow day for stuff. I haven't had any new and exciting breakthroughs with my senior project, though I did change the memory I am going to get for it. Newegg had a sale so I thought "Hey, I would LOVE to save some money!" (though I'm actually spending a couple of bucks more than what I originally was...darn you consumer instinct). Other than Neweggs sales nothing cool seems to be going on in the computer world today. I have discovered that yesterday's lockdown was due to a suspended kid came into the school (Not the smartest of plans), hid in the bathroom (Not the greatest place to hide) and...here it comes....tried to sell drugs (Yipee, let's get high in school!). Other than that, not much has been going on. Today in math the teacher was late so we rocked out to What's Going On by none other than He-man. Might I say that this is one of the greatest songs that all of mankind has created. Lately, I have been watching as many Smosh videos as I can, not only because they are awesome, but because I jumped on that train a little late and have missed most of them. If ever you need something to do, definetly go check that out. I play minecraft, so if anyone has a server they want to suggest (though by seeing today's big fat ZERO on the view count those odds could be slim) send me the ip and an invite and I'll give it a whirl. Later today I think I'll upload a picture of my computer progress. Other than that not much to catch up on. I'm off to go take a nap. Laters readers.

Me: An Introduction

Ok, so yesterday I didn't really post much because I was just trying to figure things out. I pretty much have stuff how I want it for the time being, but if anyone has any suggestions, requests, or cool email then feel free to message me. So, as a requirement of my class I'm going to tell everyone what's up with my senior project thing. Well, first off I'm doing a senior project thing. It's nothing really big, I'm just going to make a computer. An awesome computer. The only thing I'm having to go on is my hard work and my sweat. But mostly my sweat (thumbs up for reference). So far, I have relatively little done. I have picked out a mojority of the parts, I just have to wait for a little bit of funding to get things started. Every so often I'll post my progress on how the computer is coming. As of now, I have no pictures to show my work. Maybe tomorrow I will take a picture of what everything looks like so far. That pretty much wraps up the project end of what I have to say, so I will get to the cool stuff now. As I'm typing this, the school went into a lockdown, so I am stuck in the library for the next while. It'll be a good time to try to make the site a little better. I would like to put a comic up every week at least so that things don't get too boring. I also think I'm going to do stuff with the face every day, as well as updating posts every day so that my blog actually has a reason for existance. Today math was kind of difficult and I felt lost through most of it, so I made a picture to show my feelings on the subject. I hope you enjoy. "Gee wilakers Britton0014 you're having trouble with math and you're trying to make a computer? You seem pretty unintelligent!" Well it was trig, and I was paying more attention to the graph that I was trying to make to represent how hungry I was. Which, might I add, everyone but me seemed to not understand the importance of...and I was hungry dern it! So, math understanding was not at the top of my list. Well, I'll leave off today with a high five and a nod of approval to everyone reading.

First post

Hey, blog readers. I'm Britton0014 and as you can tell, I am making a blog. I decided to start this because of my senior project, but I'm mostly going to post whatever thoughts I have that day and the occasional sweet comic. So I'll start off this days thoughts by stating that I am still trying to figure out how to set up everything. "But Britton0014, this is so simple. Most children can figure this out!" Well maybe I have the mental capacity of a child. That isn't going to stop me from making this an awesome blog! So, I'll get back to posting once I finally get everything set to my liking. For your enjoyment, I'm going to put up the first comic I made because I was bored one day.
